Turntable/Phono Stage: Lightly modified Thoren TD160 MkII
Moth (Rega) 250, None Felt Mat
Dynavector 10x4
Other Accessories/Room/Misc.:
Speaker Cables/Interconnects: AudioQuest GR8
AQ Coral, AQ Sidewinder, TaraLabs 33's & 55's
Other (Power Conditioner, Racks etc.): Plateau DS-5 system rack.
Decent surge protection but not really a conditioner.
Room Comments/Treatments: Recently moved. Room is not optimum but is better than previous house.
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): Some rock, classical, jazz, new age, folk, bluegrass. I admit it, I'll listen to CD's. There's just too much music available on CD's that will never make it to vinyl.
System Goals/Comments: Keep improving over time. Might add a PS Audio power conditioner. Might upgrade TT one of these days.
System Strengths: Nice overall range, very detailed and articulate, smooth mid range and highs, accurate if not overwhelming bass.
System Weaknesses: My weakness's, not the system. I ruptured my left ear drum 6 months ago so I still have to listen at lower volumes to keep it from ringing. Seems to be getting better with time.
Video/HT System: Separate
TV/Projector: Sony 51" rear projection, HDTV 16:9
Processor/Receiver/Amplifiers: Denon AVR2802
Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): All Polk. 600's front, 400csi center, 15's surround. No center rear yet. DCM 100 watt sub.
Sources (DVD/VCR): JVC progressive scan DVD
Other HT Gear: Older Magnavox VHS HiFi
Charter Cable TV
Comments on HT System: Great audio & video. Not in the same league as some, but pretty decent for what little I watch movies. The Sony is really too big for the distance I sit at but the 46" was only $200 less by the time I bought the required stand.

Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: Ham radio, home improvement, fast cars, fast bikes, fast women, camping, if it costs lots of money I typically like it.
