Room Size (LxWxH): 25 x 15 x 8
Room Comments/Treatments: Bookcases at rear reflection points. Otherwise, nothing but furniture, rug and floor-length curtains.
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): Rock, jazz, hip hop, classical
System Goals/Comments: I like the look and sound of 60s vintage components and speakers.
System Strengths: Detail, dynamics, imaging. Unbeatable midrange. Orchestras sound like they're in the room.
System Weaknesses: Haven't gotten all the hum out of the Sherwood tube amp yet. Altecs are in Barzilay cabinets that are less than 6 cubic feet, causing lack of low bass extension.
Video/HT System: None
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: Occupation: Parts buyer for major ag vehicle manufacturer.
Hobbies/Interests: Reading, travel, cooking
