Room Comments/Treatments: Have Sonex on walls in a 'Live end dead end' configuration. There is two inch Polyurathane foam under all the Sonex.
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): Rock of the seventies (Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, Eagles, Steely Dan, Pretenders, etc.) Bach, Brahms, Mozart, Rimsky-Korsakov, Gustav Mahler. Also I love Motown/Atlantic R&B
System Goals/Comments: Thank god, I think I'm finally done but would like to upgrade to a more modern pre-amp decoder.
System Strengths: Unbelivably realistic and perfect imaging above 140HZ. Thunderous below. Very sweet and smooth overall due to Tube amps. Room's a little small for system this large.
System Weaknesses: As above, system is actually too large for my livingroom. Need to do a final equalization with MQ-104's.
Video/HT System: Separate
TV/Projector: Samsung UN75F7100 75" 3D LED TV.
Processor/Receiver/Amplifiers: As Above.
Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): Center and surrounds are all identical. Each one is a JBL 2012 in a .74 cu.ft, ported box crossed over with a JBL N-1200 Crossover to a JBL 2425J mated to a JBL 2344A Biradial(babycheeks) Horn.
Sources (DVD/VCR): Denon DVD-2900, Direct HD DVR receiver, Oppo BDP-103 Blu-Ray Player
Comments on HT System: Very dynamic especially on DVD-A
