| Speaker Cables/Interconnects: | I had AudioQuest Granite speaker cables for the front and center. Now I am listening to Zu Cable 'Wax' speaker cables. CalRad 4 twisted strand for the rears. AudioQuest Python XLR or Nordost Red Dawn XLR interconnects, depending my mood, and AQ Coral XLR to sub. All balance interconnects except for the sub have been replaced with Zu Cable Warmouth interconnects. I found that the Zu Warmouth is in-between the AQ and Nordstrom and more to my liking. Will this ever end? |

| Tweaks: | Chris VH's DIY power cables (flavor #1, http://www.geocities.com/venhaus1/diymains.html). Please note I do not have anymore Belden 83802. I am looking for more and will post an ad when I do acquire more (10/6/02). |

| Room Comments/Treatments: | Salt box/cathedral ceiling to two stories tall (12 to over 24 feet), hardwood floor with area rug. Still working on the rest. |

| Music Used (Genre/Selections): | Basically all the concerts I never went to in the 70s and 80s are now available in 5.1 (DD/dts). Classical, Jazz, New Age, Cultural, and Rock. |
| System Goals/Comments: | This system is an upgrade after being bitten by the hometheater audiophile bug. |
| System Strengths: | I am still tweaking it but one thing is for sure I am listening to more music outside my realm of a few years ago. You can say it has broaden my appreciation for music like jazz especially from Cuba. |
| System Weaknesses: | Neighbors. Too many remotes. This system is not a year old yet and I am still digesting it. |
