| System Goals/Comments: | I suspect that this will be a constantly evolving system as I continue to come across components I want. My original goal was to assemble a kick-a** system at a bargain price. The process of finding and acquiring the various components has been almost as fun as listening to the final product.

| System Strengths: | Solid performer for the money. Beautifully renders female voices, jazz instrumentation.

| System Weaknesses: | Not well suited for real rock n roll. Highs get harsh when it plays loud, can't seem to get the bass right.

| Comments on HT System: | It sounds awesome with some discs (e.g., Saving Private Ryan, The Fifth Element), and not so awesome with others (Thin Red Line). Haven't been able to figure out why yet (the SaE9000's many features are a bit confusing, and the manual is not very helpful/informative).
