Female vocals (strong voices w/piano, guitar, etc.), rock (70's-00's), chamber music, solo instruments and small ensembles (piano, violin, cello, oboe), jazz-rock/fusion, colliery bands, arabian, armenian, standard singer-songwriters, blues, R&B, country-rock and ballads. And Heavy Fucking Metal. LOUD! |
| System Goals/Comments: | Fewer connection points between amp, crossover and speaker. FINALLY, tri-amping with a third Adyton. And upgrade to 3.6 heir or 20.x. |
| System Strengths: | HUGE soundstage, very well focused. Accurate, precise, fast. Extremely detailed - voice/instrument timbre, depth/layers - excellent. Tight deep end slam, in addition to sub (63/80 Hz lowpass crossover frequency). |
| System Weaknesses: | Mostly the room size. Ability to control complex music at very high volumes - soundstage may collapse or sound packed and caothic. A little hard sounding and some bass slap. |
