Amplifier:	A four-channel setup. Four Ampex 620 speaker/amp combo. Two front, two rear. Two front channels were coupled with two Vandersteen 2Wq subwoofers crossover @ 80 Hz.
Preamplifier (or None if Integrated):	See above.
Speakers:	No center speaker, as it is not necessary in a home environment where two main fronts are only 7 ft apart. Center channel almost always very difficult to blend in. It also compromises channel separation. Phantom center gives a well spreaded homogeneous L/R sound stage.

Turntable/Phono Stage:	regaP3-24 turntable, Benz Micro Ace S Cartridge. Pro-ject Tube Box SE Phono Stage. (Not for listening. Soley for LP restoration to 24/96 wav files with DC7 as audio editor.

Speaker Cables/Interconnects:	Not high-end. Good quality cables.

Room Comments/Treatments:	All walls covered with polyurethane bedding to minimize room reflections.
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections):	80% Classical, the rest are jazz, pop, and movie sound tracks.
System Goals/Comments:	I've achieved the best sounding and the most musical system with a low, low price. (Low,low price has never been my goal. It's just a happy surprise!)If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area, please come and listen.
System Strengths:	I sold my expensive gear and finally settled for this system. It is the BEST SOUNDING, most musical.
System Weaknesses:	Polyurethane bedding coverage makes room not very attractive.
