Sources:
CD Player/DAC: Sony SCD-XA333ES (UK model)
Turntable/Phono Stage: Old beaten-up JVC thing.
Other Source(s): Radio
Other Accessories/Room/Misc.:
Speaker Cables/Interconnects: Wire with sufficient current rating.
Other (Power Conditioner, Racks etc.): Sennheiser HD600's.
Tweaks: Clean my ears regularly.

Room Size (LxWxH): 22 x 18 x 8
Room Comments/Treatments: Brick, small windows, moderate level of furnishings, 500 years old.
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): Classical (esp. modern), rock, trad jazz (trying to get into more jazz).
System Goals/Comments: To make it accurate.
System Strengths: Low distortion, extended bass, linear phase response: sounds transparent. Particularly good with MC SACD with ambient mix.
System Weaknesses: Mostly on the recordings. Room a bit small. Phenomenal amp power on fronts (480WPC) never really gets exercised as woofers reach excursion limits due to extended bass on recordings with very low bass content.
Video/HT System: Separate
TV/Projector: Hitachi 24" TV rescued from skip 15 years ago. Now got a 28" Sony WEGA too.
Processor/Receiver/Amplifiers: Sony DAV-S550
Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): Sony DAV-S550
Sources (DVD/VCR): VCR - cheapest Sanyo VCR I could find.
Sony DAV-S550
Comments on HT System: Completely separate from my music system - don't watch much TV/DVD.
