IP Address: 108.167.66.71 Last Update: April 15, 2017 at 19:43:51
Amplifier: Linn Classik. 75W into 4ohms. CD and tuner section. One of the first all in one pieces that sounded good.
Preamplifier (or None if Integrated): none
Speakers: Sonus Faber Grand Piano - Concert version

Sonus Faber Concertino's on 30" stands in adjoining hearth room.

Sources:
CD Player/DAC: See above
Other Source(s): MacBook Pro (but I really have not moved into computer music all that much, I need to)
Other Accessories/Room/Misc.:
Speaker Cables/Interconnects: Kimber 4VS speaker cable.
Tweaks:
Room Size (LxWxH): 20' x 15' x 10'
Room Comments/Treatments: Room is open to a large kitchen/hearth room and I have a pair of Concertino's on 30" stands out there. They sound good. I also run the Linn Classik pre-amp out into an NAD 7175 integrated to power a pair of B&W AM1 outdoor speakers on the deck
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): Jazz (Chet Baker, Miles), Deep House (DJ Shadow, Groove Armada, Back to Mine series, Tosca), Classical (Barber), Pop/Rock(Arcade Fire, Beck, Roxy Music)
System Goals/Comments: Kind of an interim system. Finished the basement, so a lot of the big stuff went there. I like the convenience of the Linn and the sound is good. We'll see where I go with this system.
System Strengths: Convenience. Compact. Sounds good. Love having a tuner. Works well for how I use it.

System Weaknesses: Runs hot in cabinet. I'm sure I can do better.
Video/HT System: Separate
TV/Projector: Samsung 40" in the kitchen/hearth room
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: Retired Partner in advertising agency. Motor racing. F1 and Indy Car, really, anything on 4 wheels.
Flower gardening.
