Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): Jazz, Bluegrass, Grateful Dead, newer Jam Bands, Classical and Funk :)
System Goals/Comments: After many years in tube heaven, I decided to move towards a more kid-friendly SS setup. Although I miss the lush, dripping presentaiton of some tube amps, the Simaudio gear has its own strengths, and I don't have any nervosa, so it must be OK...
System Strengths: coming soon
System Weaknesses: coming soon
Video/HT System: Integrated
TV/Projector: Sharp 42" LCD 1080P HDTV
Processor/Receiver/Amplifiers: Denon 3803
Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): 2 B&W DM302's for rears, 1 B&W M805 for Center
Sources (DVD/VCR): Playstation 3! Beat my Pioneer Elite DVDP...
Comments on HT System: Does everything a home theatre needs to. I'd like a matching centre channel (if I had a pair of speakers long enough to justify one!) but.. We never go to the theatres anymore!
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: Flyfishing, hiking, Land Rovers, fast cars, bicycling, motorcycles, computer stuff, tube rolling
