System Goals/Comments: This was my 'dream' system c. 1985. I wanted harman/kardon's best from the early 1980s.

I assembled this system from 2000 thru 2002. It was worth waiting for; It still sounds great!

Classic appearence: Silver components;

Walnut speakers

System Strengths: Sound, appearance, design
System Weaknesses: No remote control for tuner and pre-amp
Video/HT System: Separate
TV/Projector: Toshiba CZ-2685 Monitor
Sources (DVD/VCR): Panasonic RP-91

JVC S-VHS HRS-9500U

I have retired a harman/kardon VCD-1000 Hi-Fi VCR

Comments on HT System: Components are all silver -- matches audio components
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: military history, cars, trains, airplanes, IBM ThinkPads
