Tweaks: cdp is isolated (heavy bass would skip it) not too many other tweaks
Room Size (LxWxH): 17 x 13 x 7
Room Comments/Treatments: room isn't the best for audio, and is very acoustically "alive" but it's what I have for now
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): everything, I like all types. favorite would be disco and classic rock. favorite group would have to be Pink Floyd
System Goals/Comments: in the future I would like to get the $350 PartsExpress subwoofer kit, I have plenty of bass as it is, I just want..........more
System Strengths: EVERYTHING! from backround music to critical listening to flat out cranking it does it all. great vintage system that stands the test of time. to sit here and name every strength would take me a really long time, so I will just say that I am soo happy with it, that it's just such a great system. now that I got a turn table, and got into vinyl, I have just advanced in this hobby
System Weaknesses: hmmmmm, gotta think about this one......well not reall a weakness of my system but it would be nice if I had a bigger room, not only to let my speakers breath more, but just to have a whole nunch of people over and have a big party.
Video/HT System: Separate
TV/Projector: 25" Sanyo
Processor/Receiver/Amplifiers: cheap JVC RX-6010 dd/dts HT reciever
Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): center= N-center
rear= JBL N24
Mains= KLH model 17 (vintage, 1969)
sub= cheap(ish) DIY 12" 150watt
Sources (DVD/VCR): PS2, Panasonic VCR, Echostar Dish Network receiver
Other HT Gear: not much, just somthing cheap for HT, anything else and I use my music rig
Comments on HT System: does what I want it to, I don't expect miracles, but it does a pretty nice job at 5.1 surrond
