| Room Comments/Treatments: | Room opens on narrow end to kitchen over counter and below furrdown (total length 31'). Ceramic tile floors partially covered by thick area rugs. Large soft L-shaped sofa (primary listening area) and large leather chair. Large teak entertainment unit between and behind speakers. Paneled walls and sheetrock ceiling. Speakers along long wall.

| Music Used (Genre/Selections): | Prefer Jazz with vocals but also listen to Pop, Rock, Country, and Classical.

| System Goals/Comments: | Best possible sound given room and budget restrictions. Emphasis on vocal realism, imaging, and soundstaging.

| System Strengths: | Superb vocals and imaging. Strong and deep bass response. Good dynamics/transients.

| System Weaknesses: | Amp works hard and gets hot driving speaker with very low impedance. Soundstage, while good is not optimal given restrictions on speaker placement/room treatments(this is also the main living area in the house).
