Amplifier:	Pair of Bottlehead Paramount 300B monoblocks. Upgraded with Mundorf caps, V-Caps and Hi-Fi Tuning Supreme fuses. Tube compliment: Ericsson 2C51 input/driver tubes and TJ "mesh" plate 300Bs.
Preamplifier (or None if Integrated):	Eva 2 LDR preamp/attenuator from DIY Paradise. The best value in all of Audio circa 2012!
Speakers:	Altec 756B ten inch drivers in JE Labs style open baffles. The baffles sit on top of 12 inch bases. Tweeters are vintage Jensen RP-302A super-tweeters (later version, more extended than the earlier RP-302). NO CROSSOVERS! The 756Bs run full-range and the RP-302As are high-passed using V-Cap TFTF .47uf caps. A single ACI Force powered sub-woofer.

My set includes a .5 meter Artisan interconnect, .75 meter pair of Tempo Big Twist interconnects, a 5 foot pair of Tempo speaker cables and 16 inch pair of speaker jumper cables for the tweeters. Lessloss power cable for the SA-7S1. MAC HC power cords for the Paramounts.

Music Used (Genre/Selections):	1960s thru 2000s R&R, POP and Jazz.
System Goals/Comments:	High quality simplicity at both the system and component level (they are different).
System Strengths:	The amazingly natural and transparent sound of the Paramounts driving the high sensitivity Altec 756Bs on open baffles. Of course it all starts at the source (the SA-7S1). I think the 756Bs have the OPTIMAL combination of refinement and high sensitivity (approx. 96db).
System Weaknesses:	I will be upgrading the 300B output tubes in the near future. EML or Sophia Carbon or Royal Princess.
