| Room Comments/Treatments: | The room is L shaped (5'8' X3'7' cutout) which makes speaker positioning rather tricky. I noticed that the speakers perform reasonably well when placed about 3 ft away from the back wall. Laminated flooring with small centre rug. Large Canvas on the front wall. |

| System Goals/Comments: | CD/DVD and Radio are connected to Digital Preamp via SPDIF. Laptop via USB/TeraDak 96K USB Audio Digital Preamp connection to Analog preamp via RCA. |
| System Strengths: | Sublime and gets out of the way of the music. This combo is great for large orchestral recordings as large forces sound dynamic and uncompressed (recording allowing) acoustic music sound utterly natural and this sense of naturalness is not at the expense of poor recordings as pop/rock recordings still sound very good within their limits of the respective recordings. System plays music superbly with a poise and a natural sense of balance and ease, low noise floor, reference class refinement and timing, superb transparency without an exaggerated sense of detail, smooth treble. And there is no grain and etch and bass is controlled on large orchestral forces. |
| System Weaknesses: | Lack of adequate acoustical treatments. And curtailed soundstage depth as a result of non-optimal speaker positions. |
