Amplifier: Counterpoint Solid 2 Power Amp. Upgraded Cardas binding posts. Antique Sound Lab MG Head DT tube headphone amp with NOS Raytheon 5751 center tube and EI-Yugo EL-84's. Upgraded caps with Auricaps and Audience wire. Also use a Tung-Sol 5751/12AX7, RCA 3-mica/black plate and gray plates, Sylvania Gold.
Preamplifier (or None if Integrated): Audible Illusions Modulus 3. NOS 6H23 tubes from Kevin at www.upscaleaudio.com
Speakers: Acoustat Model 3 and 2+2's - quite a huge multi-channel set-up. Upgraded internal wiring and Cardas Binding Posts. Velodyne F1800 RII subwoofer. Sennheiser HD600 headphones.

Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): An eclectic mix of electronica, down-tempo, jazz, pop and everything in between
System Goals/Comments: High resolution, realism, approaching the live experience.
System Strengths: High sound pressure levels on demanding material - unbelievable for electrostatic speakers - excellent sub/main speaker integration. Stellar detail, incredible low frequency capability, toe-tapping, sing-along system.
System Weaknesses: Requires careful room planning. Large amount of floor space required to properly extract the most from the system.
Video/HT System: None
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: Music, writing, travel, a good brew-pub with great people, talking music and audio.
