Amplifier:	VTL 80 watt monoblocks. 8ea matched SED/Winged-C 6L6GC tubes.. Telefunken 12AT7 driver and 12AT7 input for each Monoblock.
Preamplifier (or None if Integrated):	VTL Super Deluxe Preamp. Dual Mono Design with outboard power supply. 4ea SED/Winged-C 12AX7 in the Phono section and 4ea NOS Tungsram ECC82 in the line stage.
Speakers:	Apogee Centaur with optional Apogee stands..

Other (Power Conditioner, Racks etc.):	Transcendent Sound Balanced Power Conditioner. Put two large Bybee's at the output of the Balanced Power Conditioner. Receptacle changed to Oyaide R-1 in conditioner. BPS is plugged into the VTL Super Deluxe Preamp. VTL 80 watt monoblocks plugged directly into dedicated outlets(Two Oyaide R-1's). Dedicated Balanced Power Conditioner for the SCD-1 of my own design. Built using a 800VA 55v/55v Balanced Transformer. Put two large Bybee's at the output of the Balanced Power Conditioner. Receptacle changed to Oyaide R-1 in conditioner. Two Auricaps .47 uF 600 volts, installed at receptacle in conditioner. One Auricaps .047 uF 600 volts, installed at chassis IEC inlet in conditioner.
Tweaks:	Isoclean fuses... Four in the SCD-1... One in VTL Super Deluxe Preamp... One in each VTL 80 watt monoblock... One in BP conditioner... ~(Note: Alan Maher Design passive and active filters used on both systems and throughout home)~ Alan Maher Scorpion CBF(Three each) filter on Main Wire bundle inside the service panel prior to the main breaker and one Infinity CBF on the "Earth Ground wire"... Also Scorpion(Used on main wire bundle) and Infinity(Used on ground) CBF's on outdoor disconnect... Fo.Q TA-102 damping material used in both my systems. The Best Tweak I have ever used!!! Acrolink 6N-P4030(10 GAUGE 6N PCOCC-A Ultra Pure COPPER)and Oyaide P-004 & C-004 power cords. Acrolink/Oyaide cords used on SCD-1,VTL Preamp,VTL Monoblocks and two power conditioners. Added Alan Maher Infinity(IEC) and Scorpion(Male plug) crystals to all connectors in all power cords. Two Dedicated Power lines(Cryoed) from Ridge Street Audio... Into two Cryoed Oyaide R-1 AC receptacles.(2- 20 amp circuits) Five sets of Finite Elemente/Ceraball Universal feet...................... Highly Recommended!!! Neuance platform for the SCD-1 Electric pole ceramic insulators(Cable Elevators) under speaker cable and power cords.. This last tweak made a big difference... Cardas Caps... Jena Labs Esoteric 3D-X CD Treatment *********************************** Record Research Lab's Shine-Ola on SACD's Audiodharma Cable Cooker 2.5... Upgraded 6-2009 to Pro version with Alan's new Extended Frequency Sweep (EFS) circuit. Circuit board deep cryoed and cryoed ACBP Cardas binding posts. Removed the four selectable switches from the Apogee Centaur speakers. Big improvement in sound stage. The sound changed from the lowest to the high end, and lost all the ruff edges. The Apogee speakers and the VTL Monoblock amps modified with Cardas CCGR binding posts. Cardas/Colver binding post, long billet Copper posts, Rhodium over Silver plate. Billet Copper nut, Gold plate. Glass filled nylon insulator.

System Goals/Comments:	Sounding a lot better now that room treatment is finished.
System Strengths:	Dynamic...Transparant... music flows with ease and purity.
System Weaknesses:	Just small stuff that I am slowly working on.
