Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): Eclectic mix of Female vocalists, classic & current pop/rock, New Age, World and More!
System Goals/Comments: I am seeking disappearing speakers, and an involving and natural presentation of tone and image

Someday I'd like to separate HT and perhaps try tubes (need bigger house)

System Strengths: Certainly my best to date, can be very involving with right recording. Vocals, piano and guitar sound as close to realistic as I've heard.

Great at consuming discretionary income (my fault, I suppose)!

System Weaknesses: The Merlins excel at dredging up detail and presenting a wide and seamless soundstage, although a little "hard" tonally.
Gershmans are truly a full range speaker, lush and involving, but lack the imaging of the Merlins.
Video/HT System: Integrated
TV/Projector: Sony FV36" Wega (not XBR)
Processor/Receiver/Amplifiers: Theta Digital Casa Nova

Aragon Palladium Mono for center

Forte 5 for rears

Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): CDM-CSE center

ACI LV rears

Velodyne F-1000

Sources (DVD/VCR): Mitsubishi VCR

Toshiba 3109 DVD

Other HT Gear: Various left-overs here and there about the house
Comments on HT System: Everything I'm wanting now, persuing better music reproduction
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: Rebuilding cars and Who-knows-what else

Woodworking
