Amplifier: DIY SE tube using EL34, 6SN7 driver, 5AR4 rectifier, ss sub amp
Preamplifier (or None if Integrated): DIY 5687 single tube C4S with active crossover for subwoofer output
Speakers: Klipsh Forte upgraded crossover components, DIY sealed sub with NHT driver

CD Player/DAC: For DVD's - Pioneer Elite DV-45A modified. For music - PC (XMPlay player with ASIO) with USB output to HabUSB coax digital to AudioNote DAC1 with lots of modifications
Turntable/Phono Stage: Thorens TD126/DIY 6DJ8 tube / Dynavector 10x4

Tweaks: used tantalum resistors and Sonicraft platinum coupling caps for signal path, K40Y and other PIO caps in power supply (made a nice improvement in voicing of system). Lots of inductors in various positions in power supplies, especially after ss components such as rectifiers or voltage regulators.

System Goals/Comments: reproduce albums to sound as they were recorded
System Strengths: timber, dynamic range, resolution, frequency extension
System Weaknesses: speakers are probably the weak link, although good enough for now
