| Tweaks: | DQ-10 is biamped. Split the crossover into Bass/Mid Bass and being powered by the Phase Linear. The six high end speaks are all driven by the ST-70. |

| Room Comments/Treatments: | kind of crowded, large floor carpet, drumset, wall system, stacks of vinyl, large armoir. DQs are in the middle of the room. I sit in a couch placed against the back wall. |

| Music Used (Genre/Selections): | CD and Vinyl. jazz, classic rock, classical. I have a box of live recordings made on a single track marantz tape deck. I like making my own live recordings. |
| System Goals/Comments: | I would like to find another pair of DQs and stack them. If I do that I will probably get a different power amp setup. |
| System Strengths: | Incredible realism at live performance levels. Nearly everything was found in the trash, picked up at the thrift, or purchased on the cheap. Spent less than $700 on everything including my ambiance living room speakers (Bose 901 Series II). |
| System Weaknesses: | I would like a better phono stage. I would like to find an separate amp with gain control to drive the 901s in the other room. It could be prettier! The jacks on vintage equipment can be troublesome. I have trouble keeping rca cables clean and deoxidized. |
