| Other (Power Conditioner, Racks etc.): | Salamander style rack |
| Room Size (LxWxH): | 14 x 14 x |
| Room Comments/Treatments: | Small room. Second floor of VERY old house. Floor bounces like a trampoline! Needs a fresh coat of paint too. |
| Music Preferences and Comments: | |
| Music Used (Genre/Selections): | Jazz (esp. 50's-60's), Rock, Classical. I've always tried to have "BIG Ears". |
| System Goals/Comments: | I want to hear the master-tape |
| System Strengths: | Llano and Gallo very resolving. AI MOD3A has excellent mid-bass, mids and highs, but very bottom seems constricted. Maybe impedence issues? |
| System Weaknesses: | Speakers deserve larger room. Room treatments needed. |
| Video/HT System: Integrated | |
| TV/Projector: | Phllips 27" |
| Processor/Receiver/Amplifiers: | Pioneer |
| Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): | cambridge soundworks surrounds, Paradigm center, HSU VTF-2 sub |
| Sources (DVD/VCR): | pioneer 45a |
| Comments on HT System: | HT is for movies mainly. Center and surrounds are bits scrapped together from stuff laying around the house. Works well for movies, not so great on Multichannel DVD-A or SACD. I'm waiting until new digital formats really come of age before spending more bread. |
