| Other (Power Conditioner, Racks etc.): | APC S10 power conditioner with voltage regulation and battery backup |
| Room Size (LxWxH): | 14 x 17 x 8 |
| Room Comments/Treatments: | cinder block exterior walls; long windows on right wall, 'open wall' on the left starting 3' in front of left speaker. It's military housing, so I'm stuck with it for now. |
| Music Preferences and Comments: | |
| Music Used (Genre/Selections): | Rush, soft rock, jazz (not 'smooth jazz'), some pop, country. |
| System Goals/Comments: | Accurate yet 'musical' would be ideal. I have slight hearing loss around 500Hz, so I need some warmth. |
| System Strengths: | Components pretty evenly matched in performance, I think |
| System Weaknesses: | Cabling. Will upgrade cables soon. |
| Video/HT System: Separate | |
| TV/Projector: | Toshiba 36' standard TV |
| Processor/Receiver/Amplifiers: | Denon AVR-3300 |
| Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): | Infinity RS-3's (F&R), Infinity CC-3 center, Velodyne CT-120 sub |
| Sources (DVD/VCR): | Both - cheap models. |
| Other HT Gear: | Tivo! |
| Comments on HT System: | I've never explored 'high end' HT, so I don't know what I'm missing, and I like it that way! :) The Army doesn't pay me enough to support my stereo, much less a high-end HT system. |
