Preamplifier (or None if Integrated): Audio Innovations L2 line stage with Hovland cap modifications and Pearl coolers, Audio Innovations P2 MM phono stage with full Border Patrol upgrade
Speakers: Living Voice Avatar OBX-R2s in cherry - external crossover boxes, high sensitivity - bloody brilliant!

Stax Gamma electrostatic headphones with battery/mains energiser

Sources:
CD Player/DAC: Micromega Drive 2 with Cambridge Audio DAC 3 (1989 version, a direct descendant of the CD2)
Turntable/Phono Stage: Voyd 3-motor deck with reference bearing and platter, SME V (Audionote ANV-x wired) with Cartridge Man Music Maker cartridge
Other Source(s): Naim NAT 01 FM tuner, Logik LCD TV, Cambridge Audio DVD player
Other Accessories/Room/Misc.:
Speaker Cables/Interconnects: Kimber KCAG pre-power, Missing Link Cryo Reference tuner i/c, Missing Link Alaqeia CD i/c, homebrew silver phono-line i/c, Kimber AGDL digital lead, Kimber 8TC shotgunned bi-wire speaker cable.
Other (Power Conditioner, Racks etc.): Russ Andrews supersocket from dedicated 30A mains spur to Missing Link Super 6 blocs, Living Voice, Border Patrol, Missing Link and Kimber mains cables. Sound Organisation rack with Cetech AV carbon-fibre composite shelves and sub-table supports, nearly everything coned (3 point)
Tweaks: See above
Room Size (LxWxH): 12' 9" x 12' x 10'
Room Comments/Treatments: Sofa opposite speakers, bead curtain on wall above, record and CD racks to break up walls, second chair by window and rug in front of speakers - three door openings and alcove break up square room
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): Classical, Jazz, world, experimental, some dance - most stuff except Tippet and Britten and modern "serious" stuff.
System Goals/Comments: The "bloody hell" factor as often as possible
System Strengths: It usually delivers the above.
System Weaknesses: Deep bass - really deep bass that is (a factor of room size more than amp weakness)
Video/HT System: Separate
TV/Projector: Logik LCD 32" flat screen with Living Voice mains lead and distribution block
Processor/Receiver/Amplifiers: Direct lead to L2 line stage
Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): Use hi-fi system
Sources (DVD/VCR): Cambridge Audio multi-region DVD player with LV mains lead
Comments on HT System: Picture still not as good as a CRT, but can't fit a CRT widescreen into the room.
