Amplifier: Adcom GFA-535 II, I also have a restored Marantz 2226 receiver so I can listen to the radio while I am working in my little office space (NPR mostly, American Routes on Sunday nights is a favorite).
Preamplifier (or None if Integrated): Audio Research SP3-A1 rebuilt with modern caps and resistors in the signal path. Used primarily for it's terrific phono section.
Speakers: DCM CX-17 2 way transmission line mini monitors on shelves mounted on the wall in front of me and above my head by about 1 foot.
Sources:
CD Player/DAC: Computer. Plextor CDR - RW drive
Turntable/Phono Stage: Technics SL-1200 MkII turntable with several headshells for additional cartridges (right now a Shure M97xE). The Tonearm has been re-wired with Cardas litz wire.

CineMag based Step Up Transformers for when I use a Low Output MC.

Having interchangeable headshells is great!

Other cartridges in regular use include an AT 140LC, AT OC9ML/II, ADC XLM II improved, a Shure V15VxMR, a nude Denon DL-103, and a Grace F9 Ruby.
Other Source(s): UREI Graphic EQ for minor touch up if required. Panasonic Hi-Fi S-VHS VCR to dub VHS to my hard drive for DVD conversion, Nak LX-5 cassete deck, Akai GX-220 reel to reel for odd jobs.
Other Accessories/Room/Misc.:
Speaker Cables/Interconnects: Rat Shack gold patch cords. Ace Hardware 16 Ga 'zip cord' speaker wire.
Other (Power Conditioner, Racks etc.): Gi-normous APC UPS for the whole rig, computer included. A Slim Devices Squeezebox is hooked up to my main system though a wireless router. This computer is also my music server.
Tweaks: M-Audio 24/96 soundcard. ATI video capture card.
Adobe Audition for editing sound, Nero for video. Custom stepped attenuator to match recording levels to the soundcard input.
Room Size (LxWxH): 7' x 7' x 7'
Room Comments/Treatments: 19' CRT monitor, AMD Athlon 2800+, Two gigs of 2700 DDR ram, Winblows XP Machine, 500 gigs of SATA HD space to fill, Plextor CD-R/RW and DVD RW drives, Lite On Universal format buring drive, M-Audio Audiophile 24/96 soundcard. I capture audio with Adobe Audition software, Roxio Sound editor, and Audacity.

Located in my tiny closet sized office/sanctuary.
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): A local record shop hires me to transcribe LP to CD and VHS to DVD for customers supplying their personal records and tapes (plenty of tacky weddings from VHS).
System Goals/Comments: Transcribe analog to digital from tape, vinyl, and VHS.
System Strengths: No Complaints from the customers, The tuner of the Marantz is quite nice.
System Weaknesses: It does a job, but is a pleasure to listen to if I dig the material. I transcribe about 20 albums and videos a week.
Video/HT System: None
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: Locomotive Engineer by trade, all around tinker.
