Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): Classic rock, blues, jazz and folk.
System Goals/Comments: Goal is to attain reasonably high levels of performance at minimal cost. I'm quite happy with what I've achieved with the help of all members here.
System Strengths: Incredible tone, coherence and transparency. Spectacular imaging, and stunning vocals and acoustics. Natural bass - best I've heard so far.
System Weaknesses: Doesn't communicate the full force and impact of certain types of music (i.e., Rock). AC/DC, Doors Led Zep, Queen, Pink Floyd, etc. gets played on the Altecs with the Scott and PL-41 with Shure M97xE.
Video/HT System: None
