Amplifier: Rotel RB1070/Inkel ARM 1200/ pair of Kenwood LM-07's, Beringer electronic crossover (2-way and 3-way)
Preamplifier (or None if Integrated): Yamaha C80
Speakers: Work in progress Currently 12ingh Cerwin Vega 124 in a 19 litre sealed box and the Sansui copy od the Phillips 7inch 2-way

CD Player/DAC: looking for replacement
Turntable/Phono Stage: Project 111 with ortofon cartridge
Other Source(s): Hard disk recorder

Speaker Cables/Interconnects: plaited 1.5/2.5mm with centre return added ( i.e. the negative is bigger than the positive)

Music Used (Genre/Selections): Classical, jazz with female vocals, rock from 60's and 70's, Celtic, WORLD MUSIC, DRUMS eg Taiko
System Goals/Comments: Accuracy with warmth
System Strengths: VERSALILITY
System Weaknesses: room is too small and bouncy
Video/HT System: Separate
TV/Projector: standard definition 3 X 4 84 cm
Processor/Receiver/Amplifiers: cheap Pioneer VSX- D511
Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): Sansui from the clearance sale when they went broke 5 centre channel speakers plus 7 subwoofers ( cheap 12inch/10 inch, one for each hannel plus 2 for LFE )
Sources (DVD/VCR): Pioneer DV 655-A / Panasonic NV-F 55
Comments on HT System: Cheap and cheerful
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: Building speakers, food, red-wine and good champagne, bushwalking and skiing.
