Comments on HT System: I was the first person at my Maggie dealer to buy the 1.6's. I guess I was a prophet. Pure 1.6 madness and shortages followed quickly after I bought mine.

For home theater, the Maggies give a nice spacious sound. Very open and "larger then life". Using matching fronts/rears and all Maggies helps to create a seamlessness in front to back pans.

For SACD surround, this system does a very fine job as well. Not quite on par sonically with the first systems listed in my house, but somewhat close.
