Tweaks:	Re-soldered cable terminations with Johnson Manufacturing IA-425 (Sn/Cu/Ag) solder w/ Kester '44' (external) flux. Don Allen '10' SET- 1 6BY5 rectifier, 2 GE 6BQ7 driver tubes. 2 '10' tubes. Moore '10 Squared' - 2 RCA 801 drivers, 2 Hytron 801A output tubes, 2 Western Electric 287A thyratron rectifiers. (The thyratrons glow blue!) Upgraded B+ caps to Black Gate. Allen CD player- Rear tube is Tungsram 6AQ8. Allen Line Stage tube- 1 Sylvania 6BQ7A. Allen Modified JE Labs 45 SET (Once was 300B SET)- Sylvania 45s (2), Tungsram 6AQ8 drivers, 6BY5 rectifier.

Room Comments/Treatments:	System placed along long wall. Ceiling sloped downward toward right speaker. Speakers placed about 18' from wall.
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections):	Everything- Orchestral, jazz, pop, rock, country, new age, international, oldies, exotica, etc.
System Goals/Comments:	Extreme fidelity. Bring the essence of live performers in the room.
System Strengths:	Sounds less like an audio system, more like real music. Both extraordiarily transparent and musical. Has that blood-pressure-lowering 'Zen' effect. Direct heated is the ultimate audio valve. Allen CD player may be the budget alternative I was looking for, while the line stage and 10 SET may be the very best I've ever tried.
System Weaknesses:	Makes me stay up past my bedtime. [-; No vinyl. Bass not as extended as that of main system.
