CD Player/DAC:	Pioneer dv-45a Need a dac. Using a creative external cheap one at the moment.
Turntable/Phono Stage:	Gem sound DJ table from Parts express

Speaker Cables/Interconnects:	Dayton Audio Cables and Part express 12 gauge off the spool speaker cables. Have some fancy stuff in basement but it is bi-wire
Other (Power Conditioner, Racks etc.):	Monster power thing. Like the sequence power off and 1 plug to unplug for storms. Target (the store) wire rack
Tweaks:	Vodka and tonic. Try to keep the cables tidy. Keep the power from rca as best I can.
Room Size (LxWxH):	13.5 x 11.5 x 8
Room Comments/Treatments:	None bought. Have framed posters and wood blinds behind the speakers. I am a bachelor and my dining room is my listening room. NO WAF. rooms opens up to living room so lots of room volume.
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections):	Rock, Alternative. Old country and blue grass, SOME rap. Some classical. Fairly diverse.
System Goals/Comments:	Make me happy. Try to impress my friends, spread the word.
System Strengths:	Not bad for the price. Not bad in general. Does everything well A+ to normal folks. C to C+ to audiophiles.
System Weaknesses:	Still futzing with room acoustics. Have a good basic system and now I can experiment. Improvements/wants Finish music PC DAC Stands for Speakers (cheap) Remote pre (lazy) Room treatments-need to experiment with blankets and such first.) Another sub or DIY open baffle Better Dedicated AC circuit experiment with cables/wire/racks After that Amp, speakers and back around again.
Video/HT System: Separate
TV/Projector:	Hitachi 56 rear projection TV. Hard to justify a new LDC when it works fine. Good picture
Processor/Receiver/Amplifiers:	Marantz sr5200- need a new one
Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub):	Kirksaeter in front and Radio-shack with the unusual tweeter for surround. Cambridge sound works sub
Sources (DVD/VCR):	PS3 and cable box
Comments on HT System:	Engrossing enough. Want to combine with subs in listening room. (they are together). It is a second thought. Still want a new receiver and TV though.
