Amplifier: No 2 X SEA 1000MKII used as dual mono bi amplification
Preamplifier (or None if Integrated): N0 1 x SUC 1000MKII followed by one Marchand XM9 deluxe active crossover set at 250Hz
Speakers: No 2 DIY three way bass reflex, 113 dm3 each tuned at 22Hz.
Woofer Peerles RS100 10" directly driven by SEA1000 MKII amplifier half section.
Midrange Davis KLV5MA, kevlar cone
Tweeter Peerles RS10 with rear spiral resonance chamber
Passive crossover between midrange and tweeter with Solen eptalitz air coils and poliester 1% matched capacitors driven by the secon half of each SEA100 MKII amplifier

Tweaks: Application of cork on loudspeaker baffle to reduce diffraction.

Room Comments/Treatments: Symmetrical speaker placement, speaker box designed for wall placement (high woofer position on boxes)
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): mainly Jazz, Classic music, Some Rock.
System Goals/Comments: To obtain hi end results using components normally discarded by "audio purist"
System Strengths: Very musical not fatighuing listening, exceptional horizontal and vertical image, good depth and image stability; very good tonal balance, up to now I have heard a better sound only from Martin Logan speakers.
System Weaknesses: Presently none, The loudspeakers box will be rebuilt using more accurate tecniques for internal bracing and loudspeaker stiffening to improve system punch (perhaps actually good).

TV/Projector: Panasonic 100Hz 29"
Processor/Receiver/Amplifiers: ONKYO DTS595 sinto amplifier DTS Dolby Digital 5x75W
Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): DIY bass reflex center 2x5" midwoofers + dome tweeter
No 2 rear channel bass reflex with 5" midwoofer and dome tweeter
Sources (DVD/VCR): VCR Panasonic NV-HS950
Panasonic DVD RA71 - 192kHz 24 bit
Comments on HT System: Next step will be a SACD player; the system will include also a video projector, but i will still maintain separate HiFi and HT
