Room Size (LxWxH): 12 x 15 x 12
Room Comments/Treatments: No windows. False ceiling. Thin, industrial-type carpet. Good, stable voltage in the building.
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): Accoustic versions. Melody Gardot. Eric Clapton. Cee Lo Green. Kenny Rodgers.
System Goals/Comments: System goal: elevate my appreciation of music. Secondarily, open others minds to the beauty of musical reproduction/audiophilia.
System Strengths: Works well in a small space. The cables. I never realized how much affect they have on the sound of the music until I tried them!
System Weaknesses: The cables cost more than the components! I have to keep it turned down until 5! :( Needs a Velodyne servo-controlled sub IMO.
Video/HT System: None
Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): Polk Audio P-something-something-101 ...it's a nice little 10" sub with a decent 200w amp. Very musical and I bought it for fifty bucks. Whatever. It works.
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: Hot Rods
