Preamplifier (or None if Integrated): McCormack Micro Line Drive in Passive mode
Speakers: Totem Sttaf
Sources:
CD Player/DAC: Rotel RCD-991
Other Source(s): Rotel RCB-940 Tuner
Other Accessories/Room/Misc.:

Other (Power Conditioner, Racks etc.): Monster HTS2000, AQ power cords, Standesign slant 5 shelf rack, Commercial Spec. outlets

Room Size (LxWxH): 22 x 12 x 8-17'
Room Comments/Treatments: Carpet, Navajo rug on wall, needs more absorption on upper walls (cathedral ceiling)
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): All except Country, Top 40.
System Goals/Comments: Quality vs. Quantity (who needs to go deaf, plus it's a townhouse and the neighbors are very close)
System Strengths: Clarity and transient response.
System Weaknesses: Upper end of the dynamic range, lower end of the freq. range (mostly speaker limitations).
Video/HT System: Separate
TV/Projector: 19" Magnavox TV. A bigger/better one would only encourage us to watch it more often.
Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): Two 2.5" full frequency drivers in TV
Sources (DVD/VCR): Crummy Admiral VCR
Other HT Gear: Car to drive to Theatre when I need to see a movie.
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: Golf, Woodworking, Mission/Arts & Crafts furniture and architecture, Single Malt Whiskies. Number cruncher (corporate financial analyst) by day.
