As backup, 1978 vintage Philips 877 Direct Control semiautomatic turntable with Shure M97xe with upgraded stylus from LPGear. Internal phono stage in Rogue integrated amp

System Strengths:	Nice big tube sound with guts. The Rogue Dark is very transparent, and yet smooth and liquid. It also has a very good MM/MC phono stage and decent built in headphone amp.
System Weaknesses:	The Heresy IIs lack deep bass, but that's less noticeable in my study.

Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation:	Russian language, literature and history. 1960s Fords. Current events. Korean culture and food. Therapeutic approaches to the treatment of rare diseases. Semi-retired, but work part time as the General Counsel for the Jain Foundation.
