| Music Used (Genre/Selections): | All types of music except pop, country and rap. I'm especially hooked on female vocalists (Patricia Barber, Tori Amos, Sarah McLachlan, Holly Cole, etc...) I grew listening to alternative music, i.e., REM, The Cure, Depeche Mode, etc.. Pretty mainstream these days though. ;) |
| System Goals/Comments: | This is my dedicated 2 channel system. I'd like to add tube amplification, upgrade my digital and phono. Possibly add a REL sub to the Proac's. Money permitting of course. |

| System Weaknesses: | Digital stage is getting a little dated. Would like to have a sub for more bass intensive music, but don't miss the bottom octave most of the time. Can always listen to it on the A/V system, car, computer.. |

| Comments on HT System: | Would love to jump up to Dolby Digital, DTS and get better quality amplification, though the HK does fine for movies. The screen on the Sony XBR is gorgeous! |
| Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: | I'm really getting into mp3's lately. I know the quality isn't there, but it's fun to download and try all sorts of music. I love burning a disc of 150 mp3's and playing it in the background. |
