Room Size (LxWxH): 9 x 5 x 3
Room Comments/Treatments: Carpet on floor. Curtains and furniture acting as the sound treatment. It is my week end place and it is a secondary objective.
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): Jazz and ready to listen to everything new.
System Goals/Comments: Valves are great and greater with vintage amplification. Vintage audio equipment is absolutely fabulous. Rarely we can see hi-fi equipment giving its best after 40 years of operation, as does all the equipment I have. I'm absolutely in love with machines like the TD124, the Quad gear (specially the speakers) and the american 'tanks' like the MC240.
System Strengths: Everything. The best I have listened for years (and I listen a lot of equipment) is what I have here.
System Weaknesses: Weakness? It sounds far better than many ultra hi-fi systems.
Video/HT System: None
