Amplifier: Crest 3501S(350wtx2),Crown DC300A (175wtx2), Yamaha RX-V850 reciever(80wtx5)
Preamplifier (or None if Integrated): I use the reciever as a preamp
Speakers: Sonic Hologram Phantom 5.0 (monitors), Eminence? 18" sub in a 15ft3 ported enclosure, also Rane AC22 Active crossover

Turntable/Phono Stage: Sony PXS 5, Microacoustic cartridge

Speaker Cables/Interconnects: Polk monitors kitchen, Advent speakers (the original 1969 advents)bedroom
Other (Power Conditioner, Racks etc.): RF controlled power distribution center (built by me)most of my stuff is in a closet in a 19 inch rack with a fan.

Music Used (Genre/Selections): Jazz, Alternative Rock, vintage rock, classical,
System Goals/Comments: Clear accurate non biased flat sound reproduction beyond the audio range
System Strengths: wonderful mid range and clear undistorted high frequency response, not peaky. Easy to listen to.
System Weaknesses: Sold my JBL SR4718s, I miss the sound pressure levels
Video/HT System: Integrated
TV/Projector: Sony Projector, Phillips 32 inch flat screen TV,
Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): Center speaker, designing and building, (focal TC120TDX2 and focal 6K4411B elements)
Comments on HT System: Need to upgrade receiver(my toddler broke the volume pot again)still working on childproofing (version four, dang these kids are smart)
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: Restoring old Honda motorcycles, restoring old speakers, building telescopes, used to be a front end tech at the VLA (worked on radiotelescope recievers in New Mexico)
