| Room Comments/Treatments: | This is a combination family room/kitchen, where we spend much of our time. It's not the greatest room from an acoustic soundpoint, between the high ceiling and the wall full of windows adjacent to the stereo. |

| Music Used (Genre/Selections): | eclectic, but mostly jazz, pop, and classic rock--favorites include Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Bela Fleck, Buena Vista Social Club, Ella Fitzgerald |
| System Goals/Comments: | For the time being, my #1 planned upgrade is a powered subwoofer. A decent turntable is a close second. When we move to a single-family home in the future and find a more traditional place for my stereo (i.e., the living room), I'll upgrade the speakers to floorstanding models. Eventually, I'd like to replace my Denon CD changer with a Rega Planet. |
