Sources:
CD Player/DAC: Nakamichi MB-70 6-cd in-dash changer
Turntable/Phono Stage: Haven't found one that doesn't skip, otherwise I would have one riding shotgun.
Other Accessories/Room/Misc.:
Speaker Cables/Interconnects: Home Depot 'Halloween' 14 ga. extension cord.

Monster Cable Micro XLN interconnects

Mapleshade Silclear applied to all connections.

Tweaks: Custom speaker and amp mounts. Custom cage to protect amps and wiring. Dynamat Super sound dampening.
Room Size (LxWxH): 7 x 5 x 4
Room Comments/Treatments: Dynamat Super sound dampening greatly increased speaker efficiency.
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): Rock, classical, acoustic and female vocals.
System Goals/Comments: Goals - musicality, detail and tonal balance have been met in spades. Now I don't mind being stuck in traffic. Beautiful sounding head unit. Cassettes made on home system from LP sound unquestionably better than CDs from same label as LP - more dynamic, lively.
System Strengths: Sweet sounding (tweeters are to die for), dynamic, tonally correct from top to bottom. Soundstage is above the dash, very nice.
System Weaknesses: Weak center image, very slightly dry sound (probably due to interconnects/speaker cables), extreme bottom slightly loose (due to infinite baffle usage for subs).
Video/HT System: None
