Music Used (Genre/Selections):	mostly rock(but that includes a lot,ie;electric,accoustic,new,old,hard,soft).but also some jazz,classical,and bluegrass.
System Goals/Comments:	>primarily 2ch music listening,but also for multi-channel music and movies. >continuous improvement(as budget allows). >Looking for a system that sounds good no matter what the source or genre.
System Strengths:	This is the best set-up I've had so far.It plays cleanly as loud as i need it to.The detail with the Rotel has me constantly impressed.It's like having a new music collection. I got the Von Schwiekert speakers in Nov.'08.Another worthwile upgrade.Absolutely beautiful.
System Weaknesses:	Probably the room.

Comments on HT System:	in addition to movies,I use the surround for DVD-A.I know there are 2 camps on the issue of mch music,but I like it.I think listening to music should be fun and enjoyable.If mch music can add a little spice,then so much the better.
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation:	I'm a machinist. My family is my 1st interest.I like going on family vacations,mountin-biking,swimming,etc. I have been going to aikido classes. I also do a little target shooting.
