| System Goals/Comments: | Achieve the best possible sound at a reasonable cost, e.g. maximize cost/benefit ratio |
| System Strengths: | Very clean sound, and very good imaging for such an entry level lineup of components. Vocals sound particularly realistic. Response measured at sweet spot is flat +/-3 dBs from about 35Hz all the way to approx. 15KHz (Titans or/and receiver roll off a bit on the top). |
| System Weaknesses: | Dip around 100Hz, most likely room acoustics. Room in general is a bit small. Rear speakers are not really placed behind but almost to the sides of the sweet spot. F,C,R speakers all at 8 feet from sweet spot, but subs are at about 6-7 feet (kind of unavoidable, at least for now) Titans (+maybe the receiver?) roll off a bit on top |
