Music Preferences and Comments: | |
Music Used (Genre/Selections): | In this room I listen to small chamber, acoustic jazz and some guitar.
System Goals/Comments: | A tolerable alternative to my analog front end, given that so much new music is not available on vinyl. I did not wish to spend a lot on the CDP, so frequently does perfect sound forever improve.
System Strengths: | With the Super Pav's, I am able to take advantage of the rear and side wall bass loading while minimizing the footprint of the loudspeaker. I auditioned quite a few speakers before settling on these.
System Weaknesses: | Given the room limitations, the only complaint is the lack of a deep soundstage. Bass output is far from flat, given the room, but far better than I ever hoped for in this little room.
