System Goals/Comments: | I do not strive singularly for analytical sound at the expense of listenability. My dominant philosophy is that you can get by with good upstream components and lesser downstream. On the other hand, if you have poor upstream components, no amount of effort, room conditioning and tweaking can correct it Want to achieve realistic micro and macrodynamics against a silent background, without harshness, ringing. |
System Strengths: | Very non fatiguing and musical sounding. Excels on vocals and instrumental music. Sweet and warm yet insightful. Forgiving of lesser recordings |
System Weaknesses: | Sound is not quite like 'live' sound yet, but is getting there. Sound could be a little too refined for Pop and Rock music |
