| Music Used (Genre/Selections): | Totally eclectic, but collection is mostly pop, rock, blues. Taste is changing with age. Really getting partial to well- recorded stuff of all genres. |
| System Goals/Comments: | No high-end aspirations anymore-sold all that stuff 7 years ago. Miss it, can't afford it anymore, and now HT more practical in this house and with my current finances. With less free time, more inclined to watch a movie with my wife. I still enjoy a dark room and good music-it just doesn't happen too much. |
| System Strengths: | Movies is strong point. SACD and DVD-A sound great. Even though a HT first, system still enjoyable for music. System is actually quite neutral for tunes, no sizzle, honest to the source. It sounds surprisingly good, all things considered. Decent soundstage with good width. |
| System Weaknesses: | Not really high resolution but good enough to reveal limitations in sources and software. Limited soundstage depth. Outside street noise sometimes an issue. |

| Comments on HT System: | Lots of fun but I feel that the dialogue and fine details could be better. |
