TB's Two way passive System

Amplifier: Cambridge Audio P500 modified for dual-mono operation.
Preamplifier (or None if Integrated): Meier Audio HA-1 (usually drives Sennheiser HD-600s)
Speakers: Seas T17REs (~84dB/W) in modified KEF Q35 cabinets with Aurum Cantus G1 ribbons (~100dB/W). Passive xo.

Room Comments/Treatments: Room is rather poor acoustically...
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): The two standouts are James Taylor and REM, on owned albums, but tastes range from Miles Davis to the Manic Street Preachers.
System Goals/Comments: Transparency
Neutral tonality
System Strengths: Midrange upwards, thanks to the G1s.
System Weaknesses: Room lets the side down - lots of early reflections.
