Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): No country,no opera,no chamber.Anything else goes.I'm _down_ with the Gregorian Brothers....ohhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....
System Goals/Comments: Clearer,cleaner,faster,deeper,you know,onward and upward.After all,thats why we are here isn't it??
System Strengths: Gee,she's sounding pretty damn good right now,ive been tweaking things for thirty hours,while the new cartridge breaks in.
System Weaknesses: Ortofon cartridge sounds a little thin in the midbass/upperbass region.BUT,it isnt fully broken in yet.
Video/HT System: Separate
TV/Projector: 12' black and white crt 'Philco'
Processor/Receiver/Amplifiers: Internal,transistorized amplifier of unknown wattage and dubious design.
Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): Single 3' centre channel,internal,paper cone and semi magnetic magnet.
Sources (DVD/VCR): Off air broadcast,through single strand non oxygen free bent coathanger.
Other HT Gear: Rag for wiping screen.Pliers to turn on system in place of missing nob.Above mentioned coathanger.
Comments on HT System: Cutting edge baby...
