System Goals/Comments: Mainly looking for good TV/movie sound on this one. Phantom center is excellent, overall imaging is very good

System Weaknesses: Mechanical noise from the drive in the satellite box;it covers up all other noise from the system

Comments on HT System: Room has 6' openings on either side into the parlor and entryway, and there is a bay window behind the couch. This cuts down on resonances. Bass is not obtrusive, but the RABOS meter says it's pretty flat. A little peak at 50Hz.
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: Deer and hog hunting; benchrest shooting ( this explains why the Stereophile CD 2 indicates I have little hearing above 16 kHz, I'm fine up to 10 kHz, though)
