Stokes's 2 Channel and HT System

Amplifier: Front left and right by a Sim Moon W5, 190 watts into 8 ohms. For center and rears Aragon 8008 X3, 200 watts into 8, ohms 400 into 4 ohms.
Preamplifier (or None if Integrated): The Lexicon MC1.
Speakers: Aerial 10T's on stands, sensitivity 86 dbs for 2.83 volts a 1 meter on axis, 4 Ohms (3 Ohms minimum). Tried casters, to move them around, and had to go back to spikes.
Sources:
CD Player/DAC: Sony SCD C333ES, or the Sony 7000ES CD/DVD
Turntable/Phono Stage: Michell Gyrodeck, Kuzma Ref arm, Benz LO04, QC Power supply, Acoustec PH1 phono stage.
Other Accessories/Room/Misc.:
Speaker Cables/Interconnects: JPS Super Conductor II speaker cable, JPS plus inertconnects, JPS Digital power coard, Shunyata Cobra power coard.
Other (Power Conditioner, Racks etc.): Added the Shunyata Hydra, June 2001, worth it. Chang Lite Speed. Built my own rack out of 3/4" oak veneer plywood, solid wood trim, very solid.
Tweaks: Spiked isolation platform under amp
Room Size (LxWxH): 40' x 25' x 8-10'
Room Comments/Treatments: Half moon shape, it's half of the top floor of an octagonal stone house
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): You name it, rock (U2, Steely Dan, Stones Beatles, Los Lobos), blues based rock (Allmans), jazz (Wes Montgomery, Four Corners, Big Band), lots of guitar, some world and reggae, classical, even started liking Sinatra. Add Steve Earle to the list and Victor Wooten of Bela Fleck fame.
System Goals/Comments: To get a cut above department store electronics, it all started when my brother-in-law gave me a copy of Stereophile a few years ago ('94?), no regrets.
System Strengths: highs, midrange and bass are clear and detailed
System Weaknesses: Not too many.
Video/HT System: Integrated
TV/Projector: Panasonic 31" flat screen
Processor/Receiver/Amplifiers: Lexicon MC1 (mentioned above)
Speakers (Center, Surrounds, Sub): Aerial CC3, little Klipsch wegdes for surrounds
Sources (DVD/VCR): Sony 7000ES (mentioned above)Mitsubishi VCR
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: moutain biking, tennis, woodworking, windsurfing, landscaping, shopping for used records. Internal process consultant in Corporate Logistic Department (using SAP and Manugistics)
