Music Preferences and Comments:
|
Music Used (Genre/Selections): | Incongruous selections, emphasizing Jazz. |
System Goals/Comments: | Upgrade the JCPenny's special dating from middle school. |
System Strengths: | Long listening sessions are non-fatiguing; the system is not overly bright; individual instruments are distinct and true; the Thiel's produce a broad and deep soundstage; the frequency response spectrum sounds extremely flat to me (especially in contrast to some DIY speakers I've made). |
System Weaknesses: | At low volumes, a little less involving than I would like. I need to build a DAC for the DVD. |
Video/HT System:
None |
