Ryan Sound Lab RSL phono stage with aftermarket Silk Audio step-up transformer, custom 1:10 with 100 ohm input impedance.

System Goals/Comments: A low-powered high-efficiency system that recreates the live music experience.
System Strengths: Effortless dynamics with the "gestalt" of the real thing. Superior linearity. "Spooky" realism and dynamic scale. Seismic Audio T-Driver tweeter upgrade improves transparency, image specificity, and 3-D soundstage.

Enjoyable from multiple sources.

Whole system costs less than $5000.
System Weaknesses: Won't fix bad recordings.
Video/HT System: None
TV/Projector: Flat screen, perhaps. Maybe 10 years from now.
