System Goals/Comments: | It was my final project, my "swan song" if you will. It's my favorite listening device of my entire 15 year hobby. It plays my music all day with no ear fatigue. The audio is so transparent with an aural sweetness that is simply indescribable. I was surprised myself that the original two ten inch woofers and four inch drivers are sufficient. I felt no need to upgrade anything other than the afore mentioned added amp. I feel lucky to have found the second matching amp in a yard sale acquisition which was beyond help. My search is over. System Strengths: | the sound |
System Weaknesses: | one of the RCA 6CG7's has a noisy warm-up. (silent after ten seconds) but since it's on all day it's not really a problem for me personally |
